Differences between non-standard screw processing and ordinary screw processing by screw manufacturers

I believe everyone has seen screws. There are tens of thousands of types of screws, with non-standard screws accounting for a large portion and ordinary screws accounting for a smaller portion.

Ordinary screw processing process: Equipped with standard grinding tools and punches, it can be directly made by machine. The processing process is relatively simple, and if there are molds and punches, they can be directly fed and produced. Non standard screw processing process: Non standard screws are non-standard screws that appear because they are used in some machines or household products, and the connection between the two is inseparable. The processing process of non-standard screws is different from that of ordinary screws, because many non-standard screws cannot be directly driven out by screw machines. They need to be processed by lathes, machine tools, and other machines, so the processing process will be much more than ordinary screws. Of course, after processing non-standard screws, their electroplating method is similar to that of ordinary screws.
